Delete your account

Use this page to delete your Safar Karo (rider) or Safar Karo Driver account without installing the app. You can also delete it in the app: Rider — Profile → Settings → Delete Account; Driver — Profile → Delete account.

We'll text you a one-time code to confirm it's you.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, mobile number, email address and profile photo.
  • Saved addresses and in-app notifications.
  • For drivers: uploaded documents (licence, RC, insurance, Aadhaar, PAN), licence number and last known location.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. You will be signed out on every device.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Records of completed rides, payments, refunds and payouts, de-identified from your profile, for up to 8 years to meet tax and accounting law.
  • Information connected to an open complaint, SOS incident, fraud check or legal request, until it is resolved.

Before you delete

  • Finish or cancel any ride that is in progress.
  • Drivers: withdraw your remaining wallet earnings first — accounts with an unpaid balance can't be deleted.
  • Unused rider wallet balance is forfeited when the account is deleted.

Can't receive the OTP?

If you no longer have access to your number, email support@webphiser.comwith the subject "Account deletion", the registered mobile number and your name. We will verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
